How to make the best pizza dough – the way pros make homemade pizza! Make a cheese pizza or add your favorite toppings with this classic make-ahead pizza crust recipe #claudetteskitchen

Ingredients: Pizza dough:

-750 gr. All-purpose Flour

-1 teaspoon of Granulated sugar

-1 teaspoon of salt

-3 teaspoons yeast

-Half cup of vegetable oil

-75 ml of water for 3 parts

-Cover the dough for 45 minutes or

until doubled in size

Pizza recipe:

-Ketchup or tomato sauce

-1 tablespoon of Zaatar

-Olive – Maïs or corn

-Jambon or Ham

-Shredded Mozzarella

-Preheat the oven and bake the pizza on

200 ̊ C for 30 minute or until

it’s golden color

(it depends on your oven)
